On June 26, Chisa Yokoyama’s official YouTube channel updated with a new teaser video for the upcoming Sakura Wars Midsummer Festival: Warriors of Flowers – Kai (Sakura Taisen Manatsu no Fesu, Hana no Senshi – Kai) stage show. The two-minute teaser features several clips of rehearsals for the show. The teaser also includes comments from several cast members, including Yokoyama (Sakura Shinguji), Mayumi Tanaka (Kanna Kirishima), and Velo Takeda (Beromucho Takeda).
The teaser also confirms that digital ticket sales for the show are officially open via ePlus.
The Sakura Wars Midsummer Festival: Warriors of Flowers – Kai stage show will be a one-night event on July 18, 2021. The show will take place at the Ueno Park Amphitheater Outdoor Stage’s Mizukami Concert Hall, with showtime slated for 18:00 JST (5:00AM EDT / 2:00AM PDT).
Eight cast members and six dancers are confirmed for the show.

Velo Takeda and Yoichi Nishimura are members of the “Dandy Shokai” acting troupe, which is advised by Sakura Wars series creator Oji Hiroi, and led by Velo Takeda. The group has made numerous appearances in Sakura Wars stage shows and OVAs as the affable Dandy Gang.
